COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENTS

White Hart Inn, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin

Whelan Corcoran Smith were commissioned to design a compact development of a public house, music venue, office space and apartments at the White Hart Inn in Balbriggan. The proposal encourages the regeneration of Vauxhall Street while maintaining sensitivity to the character of the established streetscape of Dublin Street. Courtyards and external spaces break up the internal mass while the apartments take advantage of the views over the park to the west.
