One off private residences offering a bespoke design solution for client’s individual needs have been at the forefront of the ongoing workflow since the inception of the practice in 1979.

Client briefings form the basis of design proposals and are reviewed on a regular timeframe to ensure consistency with the provision of the needs of the client.

Implementation of design proposals to the satisfaction of the client from commencement of operations on site until final completion is considered of most importance to ensure our client’s objectives are met in full.

Private houses have been completed throughout Ireland by Whelan Corcoran Smith and cover a range from traditional to contemporary design subject to the requirements of the end users.
