Lusk Train Station, Co. Dublin
The practice is currently working on a masterplan for a 100 acre site adjoining the Lusk Train Station in north County Dublin. The masterplan will form part of a re-zoning submission to Fingal County Council for the new Development Plan. The development proposes approximately 1400 residential units, a new train station, a park and ride facility, retail and commercial uses and substantial amenity and open space.
