“Cnoc Dubh”, Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin
In 2006 Whelan Corcoran Smith were commissioned to design a mixed use village core development on a prominent site in Ballyboughal Village, Co. Dublin which formed the core of the Local Area Plan for Ballyboughal. The scheme was designed with great emphasis on maintaining the village character by creating frontage development and a village green and the sympathetic use of materials and colours.
