Whelan Corcoran Smith have designed a development of 37 apartments in a residential setting with cantilevering balcony box elements along the Forrest Road on the outskirts of Swords Town. These create a distinctive and rhythmic pattern defining the street edge with buffered landscaped areas to the rear.
