Whelan Corcoran Smith were commissioned to design a residential development providing high quality apartments in several blocks overlooking the National Botanical Gardens in Glasnevin.
The development provided major design challenges which met the requirements of access, relationships to existing neighbouring buildings and the steeply sloped existing terrain of the location.
